32nd Annual Fountain City Classic Parade

CLASSIC MAGIC IS BACK!!!  

Join us in the streets of downtown Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA on Saturday, November 5th at 9:00am as we kick off the 32nd Annual Fountain City Classic Parade! Be prepared to be entertained by the best bands, dance teams and entertainment around! The Classic Parade will be led by the Fountain City Classic Grand Marshal and the Fort Valley State and Albany State dance teams, marching bands and Royal Courts. This is a rain-or-shine event.

The FCC parade will start promptly at 9:00AM in Phenix City, AL on Colin Powell Parkway and will end at the intersection of 9th Street and Broadway.

FCC Parade line up will begin at 7:00AM on Nov 5, 2022 on Colin Powell Parkway. All bridges to parade staging area will close at 8:00 am sharp!

IMPORTANT NEW PARADE PROCEDURES ---PLEASE READ----

1 vehicle or walking unit maximum per entry. 

Each entry will require a registration fee of $25.00 which must be paid online. No Refunds. No Exceptions.

Parade permit pick-up - NEED DATES BARBARA. Permit pick-up location: 3575 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907

800 Front Avenue, Columbus, GA (Nov 4)

Permit will have line up placement #. 1 vehicle, 1 motorcycle, 1 marching unit per permit. No Exceptions. Vehicles w/out permit will be asked to leave the parade line. More information regarding permit pick-up and instructions will be forwarded via email by NEED DATES BARBARA

All cars MUST BE DECORATED (No Exceptions)

All decorated vehicles must present with non-offensive decor (i.e. car magnet, poster boards, banners or FCC Car Flags).

All car decor is subject to approval by the FCC Parade Chairman.

All entries primary contact person(s) will be notified via email with pertinent parade information 24-48 hours prior to parade start time via email.
