321 Knockout

We are excited to launch 3•2•1 Knockout, an inaugural community fitness event bringing together athletes of ALL abilities and their supporters for a fun and inclusive day focused on wellness and connection. This fundraiser supports the Down Syndrome Network of Arizona and helps power our health and fitness programs that promote strength, confidence, and community.
Athletes of all abilities will move through a fun 9‑round boxing circuit, then jump into our Boxathon challenge—where every dollar raised equals punches thrown. It’s a friendly competition to see who can make the biggest impact, with special prizes for the top three finishers. No boxing experience needed!
After your workout take a breather with a relaxing yoga session, enjoy a special performance by The Hip Hop Homies, grab something delicious from our food vendors, and get in on amazing raffle prizes throughout the day. This is a full community celebration built around movement, inclusion, and impact.
