321 Knockout

We are excited to launch 3•2•1 Knockout, an inaugural community fitness event bringing together approximately 100 athletes — individuals with Down syndrome, caregivers, siblings, and community members — along with more than 200 supporters for a fun and inclusive day focused on wellness and connection this August. This fundraiser supports the Down Syndrome Network of Arizona and helps power our health and fitness programs that promote strength, confidence, and community.
Athletes of all abilities will move through a fun 9‑round boxing circuit, then jump into our Boxathon challenge—where every dollar raised equals punches thrown. It’s a friendly competition to see who can make the biggest impact, with special prizes for the top three finishers.
Come move, punch, cheer, and help strengthen our community through fitness and inclusion.
