31Strong Quarterly Gathering - Christine Van Diest of Masterpiece Coaching

Christian Business Ladies, now known as 31Strong, join us for a time of fellowship and faith as we take the time to celebrate one another while building community. For this meeting, our theme is BODY led by Christine Van Diest of Masterpiece Coaching.

Dress in your favorite workout gear and walking shoes. We will do a short walk and contemplate on some prompts along the way. Once back at our location, we will review how and why we need to take care of our temples through nutrition and exercise.
