31st Annual Domestic Violence Conference

Welcome to the 31st Annual Domestic Violence Conference, hosted by the Office of Gender-Based Violence Prevention!

Come join us on October 25, 2024, at the Holiday Inn San Jose - Silicon Valley for a day dedicated to connection, learning, and community-building. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to learn from experts in the field, explore innovative approaches to preventing domestic violence, and connect with others passionate about creating a safer community for everyone.

This year's theme, Pathways to Inclusion, focuses on two pivotal areas:

1. Engaging Boys and Men: We will delve into meaningful conversations and strategies for involving boys and men in the movement to prevent domestic violence and create lasting change.
2. Intersectional Approaches: We will highlight the importance of using intersectional approaches in advocacy and prevention, ensuring that the needs of underserved communities are recognized and addressed with compassion and understanding.
