30th Annual Community Heroes Awards Dinner

Each year, CLASS recognizes individuals or organizations who are advocates for inclusive, diverse communities, as demonstrated by their unwavering dedication to all members of the Pittsburgh community. These community heroes have worked to ensure that all people, regardless of race, gender, ability, or affiliation - can participate in their communities. It is not just their work or their organizations that we are celebrating; it is the inclusive communities they have built.

While inclusion can be defined differently for each of us, many of our friends and neighbors continue to face adversity in our community. Everyday heroes help support people to eliminate or overcome these barriers to access the community, medical care, employment, services, education, and much more.

Proceeds from the event add vital revenue to programs and services CLASS provides, allowing the organization to serve nearly 300 people with disabilities, older adults, and their families.
