Are you ready to take your practice and/or teaching to the next level with concrete principles, tools and techniques? Do you love learning and wish to deepen your practice? Are you interested in deepening your studentship or shifting from part-time to full time yoga teaching?Meet the training team that facilitates this advanced yoga teacher training through a "choose your own adventure" 300 hour experience. We are excited to support your enrichment, process and facilitated self-discovery as you dive deeper into your personal yoga practice and teaching while embarking on the path to become a leader within your community. Advanced teacher trainers will present followed by Q & A, then light refreshments and mingling with teachers.
All trainings presented are open to everyone: yoga students, new and seasoned yoga teachers and those who bring yoga into their profession. Training hours can be applied to 300hr track if 200hr certification has been completed. All trainings provide Yoga Alliance CEUs.

- The Art of Opposition - Yoga Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Philosophy with Loren Mahaffey
- Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Deven Sisler
- Yin Yoga Training with Lesley Barr
