MODULE 2: PLAY THE EDGE

The second module cultivates the practice and teaching of intermediate asana and refines the foundational teaching skills of Rasa Yoga. Each teacher is called to step into their dharma with bravery, authenticity, and creativity. This module explores yoga in relationship with the emotions and the 9 Rasas. There is an emphasis of yoga as skill in action and the intersection of yoga in the modern day world.
