Get to know your maestro:
🌟 Max Vera is an Argentine tango dancer and teacher. He began his professional career in 2015 in Chile, where he earned his first title in stage tango at the Santiago Metropolitan Tango Championship. He later deepened his training by travelling repeatedly to Buenos Aires, refining his skills in both tango salón and tango escenario alongside renowned masters.
In 2022, he settled in Buenos Aires, where that same year he won first place in the Metropolitan Championship in the category “Milongueros del Mundo.”
Currently, he maintains an intense international activity as both a teacher and performer, giving classes, seminars, and workshops across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. His pedagogical work focuses on communication within the dance partnership in the social context of tango, integrating the tradition of the genre with a contemporary approach, both musically and physically.
In the academic field, his vocation for teaching is supported by his studies in Physical Education Pedagogy (2018) and by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy (2019).
