✨Clear your mind, move your body, rest in musical stillness✨We are beyond excited to welcome back Justin, Christina and Andy, in collaboration for our 3 year celebration!
Opening with breathwork, lightly guided for participants to clear a path to explore their most inner self; we will move organically into the ecstatic dance, with LIVE music by DJ Mudlilly, ending with a candlelit sound serenade featuring the cello, guitar and shakuhachi. We will serve tea and snack to close the evening in social integration.
ALL welcome—no prior dance or breathwork experience necessary.
