Matilda Bilbergs ALL THOSE THINGS LEFT BEHIND, FOR NOW föreslår en förskjutning av uppmärksamheten, från en framåtriktad blick till en bakåtriktad omfamning. Detta solo som har sina rötter i relationalitet, backspaces och våra porösa kroppars bräcklighet och motståndskraft, engagerar sig i sin egen paradox: ett solo där flera kroppar tar plats i en.
Koreografin i Natalia Drozds SUPERSTAR berättar vad som händer inom dansen, här och nu, genom framställandet av den dansande kroppen på scen. Den performativa kroppen agerar länk mellan koreografin, dansen och åskådaren – du. Vem, eller Vad, är SUPERSTAR?
I Anna-Greta Himmers OH MY HEART utforskas kroppsliga transformationer. Genom rörelse och text skildrar verket det mänskliga behovet av frihet och tillfredsställelse. Text och dans vävs samman till ett gemensamt språk och gestaltar karaktärens desperation och maktlöshet över vad som har skett, vad som sker och vad som kommer att ske. Ett utomjordiskt och nästan dystopiskt lager över stycket presenterar en framtid där vem som helst kan bli vad som helst.

Matilda Bilberg’s ALL THOSE THINGS LEFT BEHIND, FOR NOW proposes a shift of attention, from a forward-oriented gaze to a backward-oriented embrace. Rooted in relationality, backspaces, and the fragility and resilience of our porous bodies, this dance performance engages with its paradox: a solo where multiple bodies occur in one.
The choreography in Natalia Drozd’s SUPERSTAR tells what’s happening in dancing, here and now, through the narration of the dancing body on stage. The performing body acts as a link between the choreography, the dancing and the spectator – you. Who, or What, is the SUPERSTAR?
In Anna-Greta Himmer’s OH MY HEART bodily transformations are explored. Through movement and text, the work depicts the human need for freedom and satisfaction. Text and dance are woven together into a common language, and portray the character’s desperation and powerlessness towards what has happened, what is happening and what will happen. An extraterrestrial and almost dystopian layer to the piece presents a future where anyone can become anything.
