3-week Student-Led Nature Immersion Projects presented by Creative Nature Academy! Ages 8-15 | $550 per project.
Herbology Study | June 11 - June 20 | T/W/Th | 9am to 2pm
Immerse yourself in the captivating world of herbs with our Herbology Study program, seamlessly integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). Delve into botanical exploration and hands-on learning where participants explore the rich diversity of herbs and their applications. Through engaging activities such as crafting herbal cosmetics and skincare, culinary herbology adventures, herbal art and crafts projects, and entrepreneurial ventures in the herbal domain, young enthusiasts develop a deep understanding of the natural world while honing their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Led by experienced instructors, this immersive experience fosters a profound connection with nature, cultivates practical skills, and encourages critical thinking inherent in STEAM disciplines. Join us as we cultivate curiosity, creativity, and a love for all things herbal.
Forest Ecology Study | July 9-25 | T/W/Th | 9am to 2pm
Join us for an immersive Forest Ecology Expedition where students take the lead in exploring the intricacies of ecosystems through a STEAM lens. Young adventurers delve into the forest, conducting scientific inquiries, mapping biodiversity, and studying the interactions between flora and fauna. Through hands-on activities such as wildlife tracking, water quality testing, tree identification, and geocaching, participants develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and environmental stewardship. With guidance from experienced naturalists and educators, students design and execute their research projects, fostering autonomy and leadership. This student-led camp fosters a deep appreciation for nature, encourages collaboration, and instills a lifelong passion for environmental conservation and scientific exploration.
