3-Week Personal Storytelling Intensive with Terry Wolfisch Cole

Ira Glass of This American Life says, “Great stories happen to people who know how to tell them.”

Whether you’re preparing to take the stage at the 2024 Great Hartford Story Slam, or want to get better at sharing your experiences in a business meeting, at a college interview, or around the family table, professional storyteller Terry Wolfisch Cole of Tell Me Another will teach you everything you need to know to turn your life into art.

The first session will include opportunities to get to know your classmates and hear Terry tell a story, along with guidance on choosing a story to share, structuring a story for maximum impact, and instruction on how to tell your stories effectively. Then we’ll go home and write and, over the next two weeks, everyone will have time to tell at least one story with feedback from the instructor and the group.
