The Emmaus 3-Week Empowerment Cohort is a free, interactive program designed to educate, empower, and equip individuals with practical tools, resources, and support to help them achieve stability and long-term success. Through engaging discussions, resource connections, and life-building activities, participants will gain knowledge, confidence, and encouragement while building a stronger support network.

Each week focuses on a different topic that addresses barriers many individuals face while promoting healing, personal growth, and self-sufficiency.
