Ready to build your cake skills from the ground up? Join us for Buttercream 101, a two-part beginner class designed to teach you the foundational techniques of cake decorating using buttercream.📅 2 Sessions: Sunday, September 7 & Sunday, September 14
🕕 2:00PM - 4:00PM
💵 $95/person — includes both sessions
In Session One, you'll learn:
– How to level, fill, crumb coat, and apply a smooth final layer of buttercream
– Intro to basic piping techniques and borders
In Session Two, you'll build on those skills with:
– More practice on final icing techniques
– Advanced piping including buttercream roses and decorative borders
🎓 Each student will receive:
✔️ A printed American Buttercream recipe
✔️ A Certificate of Completion
🎟️ All supplies included. This class is perfect for beginners — no experience needed, just a love for cake!
Everyone attending must have a ticket. Space is limited — register online today!
Important Notes:
-Each participant must purchase their own ticket — projects may not be shared
-This class is best suited for ages 14 and up; younger students must be accompanied by a paid adult
-Recording of the instructional portion is not permitted
-No refunds or transfers; no-shows will not be rescheduled
-If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place
