3 of Us [Empathy Circles]: Unfollow [Dare to be different]

"3 of Us" is a local Singapore ground-up. We believe in building meaningful conversation spaces for individuals to talk about things they never found the time and space to.

How will the Empathy Circles session look like?

Peer-to-peer sharing. 4 pax per group to enable a close-knit and open sharing. Each individual will have time to share their own stories and to listen to other's stories.

Topic: The Third Path: When You Stop Following

Some may call it the matrix, breaking out, the 4th wall, or simply making your own choice. We've all had to weigh between safe and comfortable versus what is risky and unknown.

Some of you have taken the leap, others are at the edge of the decision cliff.

Perhaps you're thinking of pursuing your passion full time. Or, even taking it seriously part time. Could be singing, sports, or something that quietly matters the world to you.

The relationship we have with ourselves and how we make these decisions shape how we perceive ourselves. It's often not a simple thing.

If you've taken the leap, about to take the leap, or looking for your third path. We have a space for you to talk about it.

Can I come alone?

Of course. 83% of our participants come solo.

Who will I meet?

By making this a ticketed session, we ensure that everyone in the room is there for the right reasons. You can expect to meet a group of individuals who genuinely value the space and are ready to listen to your story as much as you are to theirs.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. You’ll be sharing with just 3 others at your table. We treat our conversations like a closed circle. What you hear and share is meant for your table only.

How is this different from other similar events?

The session is designed to be YOU-first. During your sharing, the intent is to support you. You are the priority. And in turn, we offer the same gesture to other particpants during their time to share.

Why is the session so long?

Because real stories take time. We know 2.5 hours sounds like a lot, but with 4 people sharing, the time actually flies. We’ve designed it this way so nobody has to "cut their story short" just to fit a schedule. It’s pure quality time.

Rules & Your Commitment

• Punctuality - We will strictly prevent entry from 7.30pm onwards. This is to ensure a conducive session for all participants without disruptions. Doors open at 6.50pm.
• Photography - We’ll be taking some photos for our IG, but don't worry, we focus on the 'vibe' of the room, not on your face while you're being vulnerable. We respect your privacy.
• Self promotion / Sales - This is a space for people to gather and share their stories. Kindly do not skew your sharing towards soft launching insurance/products. Please reconsider joining if this is your intention. Thank you!
