Come and relax with me on my Woodland Yoga Retreat on the wild and secluded south coast of Cornwall. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as you enjoy twice daily yoga classes, wild swimming in the private creek, a wood fired sauna and experience a wild foraging and cookery workshop. Relax and unwind in the fully restored 300-year-old cottage, and private ancient oak woodland on the river. Gather around the campfire with like-minded individuals and indulge in some quality relaxation time, amazing food and rest in nature.
Experience the the true meaning of being one with nature, a perfect combination of yoga twice a day, foraging and cooking, as we bring you delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner made by our woodfired wild chef. Hot drinks are provided all weekend. Our retreat is set in a private ancient woodland, where you'll have access to wild swimming in the private creek and stunning surroundings.
Unwind around a firepit under the starry sky or relax in your choice of accommodation - a 4 bed cottage, the potting shed, or the hunting lodge.
Over the long weekend you will have plenty of time to explore the surroundings, relax in the hammocks, relax in the cozy lounge or curl up with a book in the treehouse overlooking the water. The outdoor hot showers really make you feel back to nature.
Unwind and reconnect with yourself at the retreat. I offer a variety of yoga practices suitable for all levels, including a morning relaxed flow and soothing practices in the evening such yin, meditation, and restorative yoga. Indulge in a change of scenery and immerse yourself in a truly transformative experience.
