With over a decade of hands-on experience, Kira and Edwin have successfully trained hundreds of caregivers using HOME CARE RESOURCE’s Home Care Services Branch (HCSB)–approved curriculum.

Their expertise is grounded in California’s Health & Safety Code §1796.44, which mandates that all affiliated Home Care Aides complete a minimum of 5 hours of entry-level training before client contact:

✅ 2 Hours of Orientation Training - must be provided by the HCO. Covers the role of the caregiver and terms of employment.

✅ 3 Hours of Safety Training Includes basic safety precautions, emergency procedures, and infection control.

HOME CARE RESOURCE delivers this state-compliant training in-person and provides a certificate of completion for each attendee. This certificate can be directly logged into your HCS 500 Home Care Aide Training Log to ensure you meet licensing and audit requirements.
