-->This 3-hour elective course is taught by Kathryn C. Wheat. This class is designed to help Realtors confidently and knowledgeably sell in the new construction market. This class is very interactive with 2 small group exercises to get the students engaged in the material. We uncover the advantages of working with sales professionals in New Construction, how to prepare for showing clients new communities, what their role is, and how to explain their value to potential clients. We discuss the concerns that Realtors may have with New Construction. We go over the major points of the construction process and where they can be of help to their clients. We share methods of attracting the buyers who want to build their dream home!
