Summer Solstice is a time of “energetic opening” and “celestial potential” pouring out from the sun. Symbolically the Summer Solstice represents enlightenment, awakening and the triumph of lightness over darkness. The Full Strawberry Moon in Capricorn 2024 invites us embrace the spiritual teachings and insights it offers. This is a sacred opportunity to align with the rhythms of the universe, deepen our connection with the divine, and embark on a journey of self-realization and empowerment. During this full moon strawberry moon, you may feel a heightened sense of responsibility and productivity toward your goals, ambitions, and overall life path. The influx of Capricorn energy will help you stay grounded and focused, allowing you to take practical steps toward achieving your goals.
We will prepare the body for the Gong Sound Healing with a 20 min. yoga warmup to maximize the positive benefits then, after setting your intention for healing, lay comfortably on your mat relaxed as the 3 Gongs play for 45 - 50 min. You will enjoy One Deep Healing Experience as the 3 Gongs create a symphony of spontaneous, vibratory tones washing over your mind and body, penetrating every cell to support relaxation, rejuvenation and healing on multiple levels. Afterwards, continue to relax to the Koshi Chimes as you slowly come back to awareness of your body. You do not want to miss this heavenly experience into profound relaxation.
Body temperature may drop during deep relaxation so, bring yoga mat, blanket and socks. The 3 Gongs Sound Healing is a sound massage for the mind and body. This is a soft shamanic drumming rhythm slowly building to a crescendo to release tension, sooth the nervous system and relax your brain. Sound washes over you enabling deep healing, block clearing, tension release, bringing harmony to your whole body for improved health. It’s common to twitch, realign, even sleep during a sound healing, and have images or feel you are on an inner journey. To maximize the healing effect, add an intention and visualize healing and/or positive outcome for any situation in your life. The sound will carry you beyond your fears. The pressure (of the vibration of the gong will release the nervous system of many illnesses . . .
