English belowTil at navigere i tiden vi lever i, tilbydes her et samlet forløb på 3 eftermiddage med udgangspunkt i tilgangen og øvelserne fra the Work That Reconnects (WTR)
Taknemmelighed - 2. At ære vores smerte - 3. At se med nye øjne - 4. At gå fremad)
24/11 klokken 17-19 – At ære vores smerte

To navigate in the times we live in, a comprehensive 3-afternoon course is offered, based on the approach and exercises from the Work That Reconnects (WTR)
WTR was developed by Joanna Macy and others with roots in deep ecology, indigenous knowledge and justice movements.
The focus is to create space to experience and discover our connectedness to all living and to be with and transform the pain we face, into inspired action.
For each of the three afternoons, through different exercises, we will go through the four phases of the spiral from WTR (1. Gratitude - 2. Honoring our pain - 3. Seeing with new eyes - 4. Going forth)
To dive a little deeper into each of the four phases, each afternoon will have a focus:
10/11 at 5-7pm – Intro and Gratitude
24/11 at 5-7pm – Honoring our pain
8/12 at 5-7pm – Seeing with new eyes and Going forth
All exercises are based on the book “Coming Back To Life” by Joanna Macy and Molly Brown.
