This is a commuter-style intensive - you return home each evening to rest and
integrate.

We see how our leadership - whether in our professional lives or at home - is shaped by unseen
family patterns. Patterns we unconsciously repeat, generation after generation.

Constellation work helps us unearth what is no longer serving us.
This weekend is about sitting together in community and curiosity, using multiple integrative
practices - lectures, journaling, movement, play, and ceremony - to embody more of ourselves.

ceremony, care, and play.

What Is Family Constellation Work?

Family constellation is a powerful therapeutic approach that reveals hidden dynamics in family
systems. It helps us see how we carry patterns, traumas, and agreements from previous
generations - often unconsciously.

When combined with ceremony, sacred space, and intentional community, this work becomes a
profound journey of release, understanding, and transformation.

no longer serves and create space for what wants to emerge.

Veronica brings a deep understanding of how our personal development shapes our leadership.
She opens the mind and the family system - working with what was - to help you see the
patterns that have been invisible until now.

Ceremonial Guide & Sacred Space Holder
Yuridia creates the conditions where healing becomes possible. She opens the heart and the
spirit - holding the space for what can be released and transformed - through the ancient
wisdom of cacao, the power of fire ceremony, and sacred ritual.

Sacred cacao ceremony
Fire ceremony for release (descanso)
Opening of the four directions
Systemic family constellation work
Lectures on family systems and healing
Movement practices
Journaling and reflection
Play and creative expression
Community healing circle
All held in a container of safety, ceremony, and care.

Details:
Weekend Format:
This is an intensive workshop held over one weekend, designed to give us time to go deep
together while still allowing you to return home each evening.

Friday, April 17th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Opening Circle & Welcome
We gather to meet one another, assign spaces, and break the ice. When we reunite Saturday
morning, we won't be strangers - we'll already be beginning to become a community.

Saturday, April 18th | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full Day of Intensive Work
Constellation work, ceremony, movement, reflection, and integration. This is where the deep
work happens.
Optional: Lunch will be provided for an additional $30 (nourishing soup and sandwich)

Sunday, April 19th | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Final Session & Closing Ceremony
Integration, final teachings, and sacred closing to complete the container we've created
together.

You'll sleep in your own bed each night. You'll have the evening to rest and integrate what
surfaces during the day. And you'll return each morning to a circle that already knows you.
