Join us for the ultimate 3 day quilting experience at Stitchhouse! Sarah Thomas of Sariditty Designs will be leading an informative hands-on session where we explore all aspects of the quilting process, from piecing a quilt together, color theory, and the multiple ways to finish a quilt with both free motion techniques and computerized quilting techniques that can be found in embroidery!
Stitchhouse will supply the sewing machines, all fabrics and needed classroom materials, plus lunch! This is a truly all inclusive event.
Day 1: Piecing techniques and creating a small quilt top
Day 2: Free motion quilting techniques and ruler work
Day 3: Digital quilting, unlocking the possibilities of using long arm programs and embroidery machines to finish your quilts effortlessly.
Sarah Thomas is an author, a pattern and fabric designer, an avid quilter and sewer who has a huge passion for teaching! She is also a Sew Steady ambassador with an extensive ruler line used specifically for free motion quilting. A chance to spend any time learning from her is extremely valuable!
