This Open Training is held irregularly.
In this intensive five-hour-a-day, three-day Basic Intensive, we will carefully explain the 4RUDE Theater-Butoh concept from the beginning, and we will introduce the necessary physical training methods one by one.
The first day will start with the more primitive and core aspects, the second day will be subdivided, and on the third day we will touch on some of our Butoh-fu (notation/choreography).
We plan to do something different each day, but you are welcome to join us for just one or two days on an experiential basis or just to observe.
This is not a Creation Workshop, so there will be no final work presentation.
Each training will be physically demanding and have demanding movements, so please do as much as you can do and as much as each of you are physically able to do.
