3 Day Commercial Class

This 3-Day commercial training will be held Monday, May 8th through Wednesday, May 10th, 9am - 3:30pm each day. It will be taught by Brenton Hanes in the Denver Training Room.

Here's what Brenton has to say about the class: "We will cover the big differences between residential and commercial real estate. From leasing to sales, commercial leasing, how commercial property values are established and what it looks like to jump into the world of commercial real estate. For those of you wanting to join the commercial real estate team, this is a mandatory class."

All Commercial Transactions need to go through the Commercial Team

Pre-Requisits for joining the Commercial Team and to start being mentored in commercial transactions are:

• Attend 3 Day BHHSCORE Commercial Class May 8-10
• And one of the following:
