Join us for a special evening of traditional music celebrating the recent release of three brand-new albums, brought together for one unique concert event in the heart of Belfast.
Taking place on Friday 7th August at The Ramada Hotel, Belfast, this concert features three outstanding acts: Gary Curley & Stephen McKee, Sabina McCague & Pádraig McGovern, and Ryan O’Donnell & Tracy Ryan, each performing music from their newly released albums.
From driving “chunky” tunes and original compositions to song-led performances drawn from songbooks, archives, and the living singing tradition, the evening showcases a rich range of contemporary traditional music from some of the most exciting duos on the scene today.
They will be joined by special guest musicians John McCartin (guitar), Eoin McKee (bodhrán), and Murdoch McKibbin (fiddle), all of whom also feature on some of these recordings.
This promises to be a memorable night of music, collaboration and celebration, bringing together three brilliant acts under one roof in Belfast.
