Join Sifu Wally Jones and state-certified early childhood teacher Lara Jones, for the most amazingly joyful toddler/preschooler class you'll ever participate in! Designed by educators with decades of experience, these classes are developmentally appropriate for children ages 3 & 4 (and safe for adults of all ages/bodies). Meets on the padded mats at Southwest Portland Martial Arts's padded play campus as part of their SWPMA PLAY! program every Thursday from 10A to 10:50A.

Class Content
This class allows each child's adult to participate in very light movement with their child, or sit still while they climb, crawl, slither, roll, kick, punch and jump their way to their heart's content. Some light gymnastics and rhythmic/music elements will be included as well.
The final 15 minutes will be Open Play (social time where they can practice movements from the class, or otherwise). We encourage children to learn how to help care for equipment and clean up at the end too.
