Join us for Volume 2, where you’ll learn how to use your sourdough discard in all kinds of baked goods. We’ll walk through one of Sarah’s favorite recipes: cookies (biscotti, scones, or another delicious treat) step by step. You’ll bake a fresh batch during class AND make your own dough to take home and finish later.You’ll also receive the newest Let’s Get Baked: Volume 2 booklet, packed with discard recipes, tips, and tricks!
**Let’s Get Baked Volume 1 class required first
**Please note you must bring at least 1 cup of your own sourdough discard to class in order to complete the class
