Once the fire moves, we breathe.

Vanessa will guide you into deep, conscious breathwork to flush the residue from the nervous system, to let the body complete what it never got to finish.

Then comes the alchemy.

A full sound bath + vocal transmission, guided by Alison, her voice weaving peace, joy, love, and abundance back into the space.

Throughout the journey, Vanessa will be moving through the room offering shamanic Reiki, supporting the body at the cellular level, helping the system trust its own release.
