The 2nd edition of Women's Lens International Short Film Festival (WLISFF) will host its final screening session on September 23rd at the Alliance Française de Dhaka. This event will showcase the official top 30 short films from the festival and will be followed by a panel discussion.We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the remarkable female filmmakers from over 30 countries who contributed to this year's festival. The overwhelming number of submissions we received is a testament to the resilience of the filmmaking medium and, more importantly, to the indomitable spirit of humanity.
As we conclude this year's journey of empowering women's story behind the camera, we look forward to continuing to grow WLISFF as a platform for diverse voices to be heard, recognized, and elevated through the ongoing participation of talented creators.
The screenings are free of charge and open to the public.
