2nd Sunday After Easter Holy Communion

Join us this Second Sunday After Easter, popularly known as "Good Shepherd Sunday," for Holy Communion at 10:00 AM. Al of the Scripture Lessons from the Old Testament and the New describe our Lord as the Good Shepherd--just one of the many word pictures in the Bible that shows us who God is and what he does for his people or more accurately, for his sheep. We will be starting Catechism (Christian Education) up again with our study in Romans 8. Catechism and Coffee Hour are after the service.
The Collect
ALMIGHTY God, who hast given thine only Son to be
unto us both a sacrifice for sin, and also an ensample of
godly life; Give us grace that we may always most thankfully
receive that his inestimable benefit, and also daily endeavour
ourselves to follow the blessed steps of his most holy life;
through the same thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
