Held monthly on 2nd Saturday from 8:00am-11:30am.(appointments are 8am-10:45am). Sign up link will be active 14 days before each event.
Sign up required...appointments are every 15 minutes. No one can attend 1st two time slots two months in a row- STRICTLY enforced. * If all slots are full or you need help signing up, please email [email protected].
Clothe Me Co-Op Sign-Up & Attendance Guidelines:
Online sign-up required for 8-8:45am & highly recommended for all times! Limited walk-ins allowed per time period after 8:45am & must wait until those who signed up enter first and/or there is space.
DO NOT sign up for or attend 1st TWO time slots 2 months in a row.
Limit number of attendees when possible. Keep children home when possible; but if with you, they must remain with you at all times.
Please bring your own reusable bags/totes.
Only sign-up/attend when necessary- allows room for other families to attend. Services available once per month (30 calendar days) only.
If you sign up, show up- please cancel time slot if you can’t attend.
1 time slot per household- type in names of additional adults/households attending.
Do not attend if you, or anyone in your home, is/has been sick in the past 5 days. Follow CDC guidelines based on your personal situation.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
Arrive during your time slot, please.
No one allowed entry more than 10 minutes before time slot & only after people from that time slot enter AND if there are openings or no shows in prior time.
Arriving late is okay. No entry after 11:15am.
If signed up/attending with multiple people/families, please arrive together – at least within same time period.
Complete 1 shopping ticket per household.
Check in at check in table & watch welcome and instruction video.

DONATIONS: Can be dropped off before or after your appointment. Please be sure EVERYTHING is washed and in excellent wearable condition; & all toys/gear are clean and in good working order.
SHOPPING LIMITS: Please limit the following to 1 per person/month ONLY: pajamas (3T and larger). All seasonal and premium items. All new in package baby accessories/toys. All jackets, coats, winter gear, sneakers, and boots.
We also have difficulty getting in larger amounts of certain sizes and therefore ask families to limit these sizes to no more than 16 per child per month: Sizes 5-6 (small youth), 14-20 (XL+ youth), and men's sizes.
This service is NOT FREE. We ask a small suggested donation for most items.
SUGGESTED DONATION GUIDELINES: CASH ONLY!
Standard clothing: .25 cents each ($1 new with tags) ONLY 1 pajama per person/month
Shoes: .50 cents each ($1.50 new with tags) Boots: $1 ($2 new with tags)
COATS/SNOW PANTS: $1 ($2 nwt) LIGHTWEIGHT JACKETS: .50 cents each ($1.50 nwt)
WINTER GEAR: .25 cents each hats, gloves, scarves ($1 nwt)
SEASONAL CASUAL ATTIRE: .50 cents each (ex: Christmas/Easter casual)
PREMIUM/SEASONAL CLOTHING: $1 each (ex: Christmas/Easter formal)
GEAR, TOYS, & FREE ITEMS: Gear & toys are priced as marked. 1 new in package baby accessory/ toy per child. Free items limited to 1 bag per family.
WHO ARE WE? Clothe Me Co-Op (CMC) is primarily a CHILDREN’S support ministry of Kenmore Alliance Church that is 100% donation-based & run by community volunteers.
We exist to bless families throughout WNY with very low/no cost children’s clothing and other items to support families that need it most. We carry all sizes and types of items for children from newborn through teens; to include clothing in sizes preemie/newborn to adult 2XL, maternity clothes, shoes/boots, baby/toddler gear, children's books, gently used/new toys, and more.
CMC is open to the WNY community. We don’t ask for ID’s or financial information. We DO expect everyone to be honest with the info provided on sign up & shopping ticket.
Where does the money go? CMC doesn’t fundraise & is self-sustaining. The small donation we ask for items goes 100% to the operation & continuation of CMC and our compassion ministries. Buys racks, bins, sorting supplies, diapers, pull-ups, wipes, socks, underwear, school supplies, household/ hygiene essentials, hats, gloves, etc.
