Join SA Local Market, Main Plaza Conservancy, and San Fernando Cathedral for this edition of our Second Saturday Market.We will celebrate Mexican Heritage and Mexican Independence Day with a recitation of the Grito de Delores offered by Father Carlos, ringing of the San Fernando Cathedral bells, and live music.
Performances will include music by Mariachi Las Altenas and Son de Jarocho.
Local makers, artisans, collectors, and vendors from SA Local Market will set up shop on the plaza. Food trucks will also be serving tasty bites and refreshing drinks with partners from the Downtown Food Truck Assc.
And, of course, San Antonio | The Saga will wrap the evening with showings at 9:00 and 9:30 PM.
As always this event is 100% free and open to the public. Come down and make it a great evening to enjoy Main Plaza - the Heart of the City.
