Come enjoy a winter cook fire, hear the Caddo Indian origin of fire story, roast hot dogs and marshmallows, and take a walk on the trail! (*There is currently a burn ban in effect, therefore, we will use an enclosed grill for our cooking fire.)Hot dogs (veggie, too), chili, marshmallows, and trail maps provided. Please RSVP.
Bring a drink and light chair (optional). There will be some seating available on logs. Dress for the weather.
MEET AT THE MONTESSORI SCHOOL FOR SHREVEPORT (park in the lot on Sevier St., across from bayou and next to canoe trailer).
$10 SUGGESTED DONATION. (Or become a FRIEND at www.coatesbluff.org) Donations go towards the maintenance and improvement of the trail.
