The NAACP Butte County Branch 1029 hosts 2nd NAACP Black & White Gala & Awards Dinner Event.Come enjoy an evening of fine dining and entertainment at the 2nd NAACP Black & White Gala & Awards Event. The Black Tie program theme is Removing Barriers and Moving Forward .
The evening will include:
-Dinner catered by Chef Lance Thomas
-Music by Louis Pettinelli
-Guest Speaker, Dr. Rev. David Isom, Vice President of the Fairfield- Suisun Unified School Board
-Raffle prizes
Community Award Presentations in 3 categories:
- Excellence in Education
- Excellence in Community, Social Justice & Advocacy Award
- Excellence in Community Grants & Scholarships Funding Award
All funds raised will support the NAACP's mission to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of all persons.
