Kick off the day with the Sanaa Festival, part of the ROMAC West End Art Series, at Lincoln Recreation Center. This indoor and outdoor celebration brings together art, performances, food, and more. Whether you're looking to explore local art, enjoy live performances, or participate in interactive workshops, this festival has something for everyone.

After the festival, join us for the 2nd Line Procession to BLINK! The 2nd Line is a powerful tradition from New Orleans, known for its vibrant music, dancing, and spirit of togetherness. This is your chance to be part of a joyous cultural celebration that will light up Cincinnati’s streets!

• Meeting Point: The procession will gather near Lincoln Recreation Center after the festival.
• Procession Route: We’ll start from the Recreation Center and make our way toward the heart of the BLINK festival at Washington Park, filling the streets with music, dance, and energy.
• What to Expect: A lively march featuring musicians, dancers, and YOU! Bring your energy and get ready to dance along as we celebrate African American culture, heritage, and community spirit.
• How to Join: Registration is free! Simply register and show up with your organizations, friends and family and join the fun. We encourage you to bring comfortable shoes, water, and light-up accessories to enhance the visual spectacle of the procession.
