Hello everyone!Normally we host on the first Friday of every month but we will be running our event on the 2nd week of June due to scheduling conflicts with Centro Cultural de La Raza’s availability.
We will dancing fusion to our heart's content from 8:00PM to 1:00AM. Our event will start with an hour class from 8:00PM to 9:00PM with an instructor every month, followed by social dancing from 9:00PM to 1:00AM. We will have three DJs throughout the night, bringing you a variety of music to dance to. Our venue, Centro Cultural de la Raza, has free parking across the street, beautiful wood floors, and a great atmosphere.

7:00pm-9:00pm: Jeannie Lin!
Jeannie Lin is a masterful shapeshifter dancer who is able to effortlessly adapt, blend, articulate and draw from a myriad of different dance forms and experiences. Her early training comprised of gymnastics, ballet, and modern dance, while her later years included formal study in over 30 styles of partner dance at the Ballroom Dance Teacher's Academy where she graduated with high honors. Her evenings were spent teaching professionally at a ballroom dance studio, while her late-night adventures included clubs and bars all over the city dancing salsa, bachata, west coast swing, blues, argentine tango, and more. Now she happily resides in the worlds of fusion and argentine tango, where she weaves in her other dance styles together seamlessly, integrating concepts and creating hybrid movements with grace and fluidity. Recognized for her nuanced and effective teaching style, she's been invited to teach internationally at fusion festivals and workshops, including in Spain, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Hungary, and Canada.
9:00pm-11:00pm: DJ Jeannie Lin!
Having DJ-ed and traveled to various corners of the world, Jeannie loves collecting her favorite music along the way. From the DJ booth, she takes pleasure in tantalizing the crowd by weaving an irresistible, unfolding tapestry of shifting moods and dynamic story arcs. Saturated with rich beats, sensual rhythms, and emotive melodies, each set is designed with its own unique signature just for that space and moment in time
10:20pm-12:00 am: DJ Christian Hahn!
Christian religiously scours the internet to find the deepest darkest music. There will be synth bass
11:40pm-1:00am: DJ Scarlett Hensman!
Scarlett (two truths and a lie) danced before she could walk, held a blue shark in her hands, and maintains a small garden.
