🎃✨ The shadows are stirring and the streets of Proctor are preparing for Tacoma’s 2nd Annual Halloween Parade & Street Fair on Saturday, October 18, 2025!
Spooky Street Fair begins at 4 PM on North Proctor between 26th and the 28th and N. 27th between Proctor and Adams
🕷️ 4 PM — Spooky Street Fair
The haunt begins with eerie-sistible vendors, fiendish food trucks, trick-or-treat Bingo, and ghostly entertainment creeping through the district.
🪦 7 PM — "Creep It Real" Costume Contest
Show off your most hair-raising, bone-chilling, or drop-dead fabulous look—prizes await the brave!
🕸️ 7:30 PM — The Parade Begins
Glowing floats, bewitched vehicles, and hordes of creepy characters take over Proctor in a dazzling march of lights, frights, and delights.
The parade will start at 29th Street (Mason Middle School) and Proctor, head south along Proctor to 25th, then disband at 25th!
💀 FREE – All Ages – All HUMANS & Doggies Welcome
This spooky spectacle is conjured up by Stellar Soirees Event Creation and Friday Night Frights.
