The Cast A Wish Slowpoke-R-Run Poker Run is a fun, family-friendly day on the water where participants travel by boat to designated stops throughout the beautiful Hampton Roads waterways. At each stop, you’ll draw a playing card to build your poker hand. At the final destination, the best poker hand takes home the grand prize—while the worst hand even has a chance to win!
Whether you’re running a center console, cruiser, pontoon, or performance boat, this event is about enjoying time on the water, connecting with fellow boaters, and supporting an incredible cause.

Don't forget there will be a mandatory Captain's Meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Lockside Bar & Grill at 7:00pm on the back deck (dinner and cash bar provided). This event is for Captains and team members to discuss tournament rules, safety guidelines, and the event schedule.
