Now in its second year—and bigger than ever—the Rochester Queer Arts Festival transforms Village Gate Square into a kaleidoscope of art, music, drag, and community pride. Presented by Drag Me to the Stage, this one-day extravaganza is *FREE* for everyone.
🎤 Live Entertainment on THREE Stages
*Main Stage (Atrium): Drag headliners, high-energy showcases, and DJs.
*Outdoor Stage: Local bands, ensembles, and dance crews under the big tent.
*Entrance Stage: Intimate sets—singer-songwriters, spoken word, poetry & more.
🎨 Art & Experiences
* Student Gallery: Upstate NY high-school & college artists displaying (and selling) work.
* Demonstration & Workshop Room: 20-minute demos + 50-minute hands-on classes—come learn, make, and play!
* Marketplace: 70+ queer & ally vendors with original art, prints, jewelry, apparel, candles, home décor, and more.
* Drag Tag Sale: Shop statement gowns, wigs, and accessories straight from performers’ closets.
