2nd Annual PodeRosas Pound + Pour 2024

PodeRosas proudly presents POUND & POUR! An amazing Rockout Workout master class designed to make you move, sweat and have fun. 🤩

Taught by fellow members, join us for a 45 minute POUND workout followed by a mixer to hang out, catch up and unwind as we celebrate the end of the Regular ACFC Season. ⚽️

Open to any age and any stage, regardless of athletic background all are welcome!

• Doors Open: 10:30am
• Class Starts: 11:00am

$15 suggested donation to help cover costs (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds though, if this is an issue reach out to us!)

Followed by the event guests will be able to enjoy Boomtown Brewery with a 10% discount on drinks courtesy of Boomtown Brewey! 🍺
