Join Us for the 2nd Annual Hometown Heroes Appreciation Day!

Time: Set up begins at 9:00 AM

Event runs from 10AM to 3PM

Location: Riverwalk Park, Port Orange, Florida

Supporting Our Hometown Heroes!

This event is dedicated to honoring and appreciating our local hometown heroes, including military members, veterans, firefighters, policemen, teachers, doctors, nurses, and EMS responders. By participating as a vendor, you are not only promoting your business but also showing your support for those who make a difference in our community every day.

Calling All Vendors!

We invite you to be a part of this special event by showcasing your products, services and food to our community. Packages are as follows:

• SERVICE / PRODUCT VENDOR $50
• FOOD VENDOR $50
• SPONSORSHIP $250

Sponsorship Package includes: co-branding with Realtors for Heroes for the weeks leading up to the event, promotion of your brand by host at event, & 10x10 vendor space.

How to Participate

What to Bring

Please bring your own tables, tent, and chairs for your booth setup. Also, we encourage you to offer your own freebies and/or raffles at your booth, including any marketing materials for your business. Each vendor will be provided with a 10X10 foot space to display your products and engage with event attendees.

Event Schedule

Set up: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Please arrive promptly)

Event Hours: 10 AM to 3 PM

Breakdown: No earlier than 3 PM

Important Parking Information

Upon arrival, vendors may park close to the entrance for unloading. However, after unloading, please relocate your vehicle to the designated parking area to ensure smooth traffic flow within the park.

• Live Music: 10AM-3PM
• Local Talent singing National Anthem: 11AM
• Local Talent singing God Bless America: 1PM
• Speeches by the Mayor, Police Chief, etc.: 1:15PM
• 50/50 Raffle Drawing: 1:30PM
