So far this fiscal year, our comrades have volunteered over 700 hours. We’ve raised and donated over $24,000 in support of emergency grants to veterans in need, supported our two adopted National Guard units, along with other crucial community initiatives. Every month we give space at our post hall to Guitars 4 Vets, Blue Star mothers, CVMA, Columbia Shag, Marine Corp League, and many others. We waive the $7200 each month in rental fees to facilitate these organizations. That hall is in need of updating and repairs.
Funds raised will help to renovate the space that we gift to our local veteran and community groups.
Post 8738 End Of Year Gala
Sponsorship Levels:
Title Sponsor - $3000 - A large Company logo and name will be prominently featured on our new Post Photo wall! This backdrop will be 8’x8’, and will be used at least throughout the next year during our post events. You will be featured on our website as a sponsor, social media accounts and be mentioned in all media spots as our title sponsor. This donation will include eight (8) seats to our dinner, a free raffle entry per ticket, and four (4) drink tokens per ticket. Two (2) bottles of mid-range liquor from our sponsor will be included as well. Finally, a recognition plaque will be crafted as a thank you for your tremendous support. One available.
Gold Sponsor - $2000 - A small Company logo will be included on our Post Photo wall! You will be featured on our social media accounts. This donation will include four (4) seats to our dinner, a free raffle entry per ticket, and two (2) drink tokens per ticket. One (1) bottle of mid range liquor from our sponsor will be included as well.
Silver Sponsors - $1000 - You will be featured on our social media accounts. This donation will include two (2) seats to our dinner, a free raffle entry per ticket, and a Two (2) drink token per ticket.
Liquor or Food Sponsor - $500 Your spirit or food will be used in the evening's event! The liquor will be used in the sponsor table giveaways and in the themed drink. The food will be used as appropriate. You will be featured on our social media accounts. This donation will include two (2) seats to our dinner, a free raffle entry per ticket, and one (1) drink token per ticket.
Raffle Sponsors - $300 -. You will be featured on our social media accounts. This donation will include two (2) seats to our dinner.
