Join us for the 2nd Annual Beer Cheese Cook Off!! Come in to sign up and pay. $10 entry fee gives you two 16 oz cans of the CGB beer of your choice--one to test out and one to compete. Or one to compete and one to drink. Whatever your choice. The Rules:
*Sign up in the taproom
*Must Use a CGB beer
*Must disclose which beer you used
*Must be set up and ready at 11
*Must stay with your cheese and serve it
*May compete in hot cheese dip and/or cold cheese spread ($10 per contest)
*You may bring in crackers, pretzels, crostinis, whatever to serve but CGB will provide pretzel bites and crackers
*CGB provides serving cups but you will need to number yours ahead of time (before 11 AM)
*Voting will be complete at 12:45
*Free to attend and taste and vote
