L OCATION: Haulover park / We will be located where the blue & yellow restroom building is. There is a big public parking lot in front of this building that can be used!
Bring your beach essentials!
Small cooler, water bottle, sunscreen & a towel.
Light bites will provided by CAO bakery!
This will be a workout and social event! We encourage all those that would like to go even if it's to hangout post workout. Friends and family are more than welcome! Please make sure to secure tickets for all guests.
