Calling all homebrewers!!! 1907 Brewing Company is excited to announce our 2nd Annual Battle of The Brews homebrew competition located at our taproom in beautiful downtown Morristown.This competition will be a “people’s choice” style competition. A panel of 4 judges will blindly sample and rate each beer and choose their personal favorite. There will not be any categories or BJCP judges. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded at the end of the night for the top beers. Stay tuned for further details on what those prizes will be.
Rules
- This competition is open to anyone as long as your entry is brewed on homebrew equipment in a non-commercial setting.
- Only 1 entry can be submitted from each homebrewer.
- 32oz of beer needs to be submitted to our taproom in any container of your choosing.
- Your beer should arrive at our Morristown taproom no later than 8/16/2024 at 5pm
- Each submission should be labeled with the beer name, style, ABV, as well as your name and phone number.
- Please email our Tyler Post at [email protected] by 7/1/24 to let us know your intention to participate in this competition.
The competition will take place on Saturday August 17, 2024 at 7pm at 1907 Brewing Company located at 103 W Main Street, Morristown, TN 37814.
You must be present to receive the winning prize. We encourage you to bring out your family and friends for support, and to grab a few cold beers while the judging occurs.
