WHAT TO EXPECT:
-8:30AM. Welcome and pre-workout hair braiding
-9AM. Adult workout begins
-9:15AM. Kids Field Day workout begins
-10:30AM. Vendor booths, entertainment, and giveaway entry!
-12PM. Closing ceremony and giveaways
