More than a quick quiz that tells you whether you like to take charge, be the life of the party, or quietly ponder your inner world - 2CYIM will show you how different personality assessments work and why knowing how you fit into the bigger picture offers you the opportunity to grow into your own skin. Each class will focus on a different assessment tool and the cost includes access to a professional assessment with a robust report to help you maximize what you learned in class. The classes are designed to work independently. However, we are focusing on different aspects of your personality during each class so that all three work together to provide you with a comprehensive picture of your strengths and areas for growth.
Class One:
The Big Five and The Four Tendencies
-Gain an overview of your personality as a whole and understand how you respond to internal and external expectations.
Class Two:
DISC and Love Languages
-Learn your leadership style and how you best receive expressions of love.
Class Three:
Enneagram
-Understand why you do what you do and how you can proactively grow towards improving yourself.
