Join Grand Valley Catholic Outreach for its 29th Annual Empty Bowls fundraiser on Saturday, October 12th, from 11:00am to 1:30pm. Choose a hand-crafted ceramic bowl and enjoy a meal of soup and dessert. The bowls serve as a souvenir, as well as a reminder that there are hungry people in the Grand Valley. Tickets are $25. Proceeds go to purchase food for Catholic Outreach’s Soup Kitchen – where 250 to 300 people come daily for a hot meal. Tickets are available at Grand Valley Catholic Outreach, at many local churches, and online at www.catholicoutreach.org/bowls.
