Art Kids at Art Basel Hong Kong is a fully supervisededucational guided tour program for children aged 5–12, designed to deepen their engagement with artworks and the fair. Children take part in structured activities led by Colour My World professionals, encouraging them to look, think, and talk about art in meaningful ways. Terms and Conditions – Art Kids at Art Basel Hong Kong 2026

1. Bookings and Payment

1.1 Bookings for Art Kids Tour can be made via:

· Eventbrite (official Art Kids listing) – for public-hours individual bookings; and

· email to [email protected] – for exclusive private group tours and VIP-hours tours only.

1.2 By making a booking through the above channels (Eventbrite or email), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Payment for bookings made online will be processed via our appointed payment gateways, and such online transactions will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider. Transactions made with your credit card may appear under the name notified on the payment page.

1.4 Unless you are holding a digital VIP card or a valid show ticket of Art Basel Hong Kong 2026, all Art Kids tours provide limited access to Art Basel Hong Kong 2026. Purchasing an Art Kids ticket does not entitle the holder to access the show. For tickets to Art Basel Hong Kong 2026, please visit our online ticketing platform.

1.5 All Art Kids bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations by the attendee.

1.6 If you wish to request a change to the timing of your tour, please contact us at [email protected] at least one week in advance. All changes are strictly subject to availability and at our discretion. Any change is not guaranteed, and the default position remains that bookings are nonrefundable and nonchangeable.

1.7 Tours will commence at the scheduled time to ensure minimal disruption to other participants. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or refused experience for that timeslot, and no extension, rescheduling, or refund will be provided.

2. Age Limits and Eligibility

2.1 Art Kids are designed for children aged 5–12 years old only.

2.2 Participants aged between 5 and 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. Participants aged between 9 and 12 years old may join the tour unaccompanied.

2.2 We do not accept any participants above 12 years old as child participants on the tour.

2.3 Individuals above 18 year old may attend only as accompanying adults of participating children aged 5–8 years old, and must hold a valid tour ticket where required.

2.4 We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse participation or entry if the age criteria are not met. No refund will be given in such cases.

3. During the Tour

3.1 Participants are required to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour for registration. ‑

3.2 Tours will start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late or fail to attend (no-show), we are not obliged to offer an alternative slot, reschedule your booking, or provide any refund.

3.2 During the tour, participants and accompanying adults must follow all instructions given by staff, including safety, crowd management, and use of materials.

3.4 FILMING IN PROGRESS: Please note that press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on the premises. Attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).

3.3 Please refrain from touching any artwork or exhibits on the show floor unless clearly permitted. Any damage or interference may result in removal from the tour and liability for costs.

3.4 We recommend that all visitors participating in Art Kids review the “Rules for Visitors” policy on the official “Art Basel Hong Kong 2026” website before attending.

3.5 Participants will be dismissed on time and must be promptly picked up by their guardians.

4. Access and Admission

4.1 If you are refused entry to “Art Basel Hong Kong 2026” by Art Basel Hong Kong for any reason (for example, security reasons, breach of venue rules), no refund will be provided by Art Kids or Colour My World for the tour.

4.2 Art Kids, in collaboration with Colour My World, reserves the right to refuse admission to the tour, or to remove any participant or accompanying adult from the tour, in cases including but not limited to:

· unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour;

· failure to comply with staff instructions or venue rules;

· failure to meet the age requirements set out in Section 2;

· breach of these Terms and Conditions.

No refund will be given in such cases.
