During menopause many of us experience changes such as inflammation, fatigue, heightened stress, poor sleep and a sense of holding onto tension within your body. The lymphatic system plays a key role in supporting detoxification, immune health and overall balance – yet is so often overlooked.
The Lymphatic system is more than you think, it connects to the Vagus nerve, monitors your Cortisol levels, takes in every trauma, grief, stress you have been through. A blocked system can cause so much hassle in the body and illness
Menopaus’ull are pleased be offering a gentle menopause-supportive session led by a local qualified lymphatic drainage guide, designed to support the body through this transition as we drain our own system through various points in the body.
This accessible session is suitable for all and will focus on:
Supporting healthy lymphatic flow
Calming the nervous system and reducing stress
Releasing stored tension and heaviness in the body
Encouraging relaxation, grounding and a sense of balance
What to expect:
This class works on all three key factors as well as the Thyroid and Thymus gland.
A mantra that unblocks the system in a calming way, clears the throat were most of the trauma sits first before it reaches the stomach, bladder and womb, finishing off with a grounding technique that brings the full body into a calm balance to end on.
You will be guided through these subtle, yet effective movements, followed by a soothing wind-down and grounding techniques to help your body fully settle. While the approach is gentle it is intentionally powerful – offering support without strain and helping you to work with your body rather than against it.
This is a nourishing opportunity to slow down, feel supported and give your body the care it deserves in a safe and understanding environment.
